PERSONAL PLANNER
Adobe Illustrator
Every school year, I get myself an agenda planner for the year. My usual pattern is using it religiously for the first couple of months, then I slowly transition into just using traditional to do lists. I have never found a planner that has everything I want, therefore I am not motivated to use it. It dawned on me last year that it would be extremely easy to just make my own. So, that is exactly what I did. I had all the sections that I knew I would use. My best friend also requested one so we collaborated on what to include. I made the pages on size A5 paper and bought binders on Amazon to fit the paper and they matched the color palette as well. I also included monthly pages to make a work out plan as well as a budgeting page. I successfully used it all through the 2019-2020 school year. I decided to make small edits for this academic year and I use it every single day.

Each month starts with a full calendar. The color palette continues throughout. There is a small section for notes on the side of the right page. I also include a quote in the bottom right when there is room.
In the upper left is the calendar of the month. I usually underline the week that I am in to clarify. Each weekday has six sections: Priorities, To Do, Homework Assigned, Due, Workout, and Work.

Every month also has a monthly budget planner at the beginning of the month. There is room to write down any fixed expenses, such as bills and subscriptions. Other expenses is for any spending or other things that needed to be paid. Income is self-explanatory: it is for any income that comes in that month. There is a space for totals to see if the month was at a net negative or positive. There is room for any notes needed as well.
Writing down my fitness plan for the month helps me stick to it. Goal setting is very important when it comes to fitness and health goals, so that is at the top. There is a spot for each day of the week to write down which workout is going to be done that day. There is also a place to write down workout routines. I made a grid to check off the days that I worked out throughout the month, along with a notes section in case it is needed.
