The assignment was to create a habit tracking app. I personally have been using a mood tracking app for well over two years now. I used this experience to create an Adobe Xd functioning prototype. The app allows the user to select multiple different habits that they wish to do daily, weekly, or monthly. Each task gets a color and an icon. Every time the user completes one of their habits, they check it off in the app by selecting their mood after completing the task as well as any notes. Overall, I created a user-friendly habit tracking app.

On the main page, the user can see all their tasks, how often they want to complete the task, and if they have a streak. Each task can be assigned an icon and a color that represents it.
The user can also see their statistics. They can see how successful they have been in completing their goals and compare their progress of some goals with other ones.
When the user completes a task, they can easily log it. If they forgot to log a task, they can easily change the date of completion if they want. They can also add a mood and notes.
After submitting the completion of a task, the app congratulates the user. The goal it to keep the user motivated to keep going and make them feel good for their accomplishments.

This class introduced me to Adobe Xd. It is so easy to plan out a website or app before getting into the coding. This particular project required nearly 100 artboards and they all had to be connected in order to make a functional prototype.

Once again, the user can pick an icon and color for each task.

A simple interface helps the user add a new habit or add a completed task.
